Solsakhli provides professional website design, managed hosting, AI-assisted content creation, and digital services. Because our services are customized, labor-driven, and often begin immediately after purchase, this refund policy reflects the nature of professional service work.

By submitting payment, you authorize Solsakhli to begin work immediately.

All payments for website strategy, design, development, UX/UI work, and custom builds are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Discovery and planning

• Sitemaps and wireframes

• Design concepts and mockups

• Development and configuration

• Revisions and iterations

• Content integration

• Quality assurance and launch preparation

If a project is discontinued by the client, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds are issued for completed or in-progress work.

White-label services are customized, production-based, and labor-intensive.

All payments are non-refundable once production begins.

Agencies may cancel future recurring services with 30 days’ written notice, effective at the end of the current billing period. Completed or in-progress work is not eligible for a refund.

Hosting, maintenance, and support subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

You may cancel future billing at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time or early cancellation.

AI-assisted website creation, content generation, and design services are considered delivered at the time of generation or activation.

Because these services are customized and produced immediately, all related payments are non-refundable.

All digital products, including templates, guides, SOPs, documentation, and downloadable materials, are non-refundabledue to instant access and delivery.

All strategy calls, consultations, and advisory sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered, regardless of attendance.

If an error occurs that is directly attributable to Solsakhli, we will, at our discretion:

• Correct the issue at no additional charge, or

• Provide a service credit toward future work

Refunds are not provided for service errors, but we stand behind the quality of our work.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all active services (including hosting, maintenance, and development)

• Suspension remaining in place until the dispute is resolved

• Any unpaid balances may be escalated through standard recovery processes if unresolved

Clients are encouraged to contact support prior to filing a dispute so issues can be resolved directly.
